A little bit more about me:)

Photography and where it all began.

I first picked up a camera around the age of 6. I was always so fascinated in taking photos even at such a young age. At 10 I got my first camera that was about $20 and I loved it! Through the years I had other little cameras but at 17 I finally got myself a camera and my first gig in May 2020 (what a year to start huh?) From there it took off and I officially made it a business in October 2021. It’s now been almost 3 years of business and I’m just so thankful that I get to do what I love (and have loved since the ripe age of 6). I have now shot hundreds of sessions and have honed my skills each year. Thinking about all the love stories I have been able to document reminds me of how thankful I am for all the sweet people that trust me to capture such special times in their lives!

Micah

I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. At the age of 18 + 19, in the fall of 2022, I married my high-school sweetheart. After the wedding we moved to a small town (Algona) in northern Iowa for the first year of marriage. August of 2023 (and 7 months pregnant) we moved to Lincoln, NE for my husband to work in an apologetics ministry called Ratio Christi. It’s been so amazing getting to watch and support him doing what he loves because the first couple years he just worked at a restaurant sacrificing what he loved so he could help pay for photography. He did everything he could to help my business succeed. Now that photography is doing well I now get to help him succeed in his career! I have loved working together to achieve our goals and I know I wouldn’t be this far in my business without him!

Jovie

In October 2023 our daughter Jovie Jean Rudolph was born. Her name means joyful and my goodness is that just what she is!! She is so smiley, happy, and has been such a joy to us and our families. We love her so much and couldn’t imagine our lives without her!

Jesus

Christ is a huge part of my life and business. Because I know Jesus gave his life for mine I get to live knowing I will see Him someday; what an amazing thing that is to cling to! My joy and motivation comes from the Lord, and I pray during each session I am able to radiate the love Christ has shown me onto you. Ask me any questions! I love talking about Him and what he has done in my life!

Fun Facts:

If you can’t tell, Jesus and my family are most important in my life, but here some other fun little facts about me!

• I enjoy trying new things and have actually been trying a new hobby each month this year. Some of which have been sourdough, running, crocheting, gardening, and scrapbooking.

• I still don’t know how to spell February, receipt, definitely or towards. I’m the worst speller you’ll ever meet!

• I love homemaking, decorating, taking care of my plants, and really just anything at home!

• I’m one of seven kids and second youngest in the lineup.

• I drink 2 cups of coffee a day…

• Traveling is one of my favorite hobbies and I’m doing a bunch this year so go take peek at my travel schedule.
